Yeah, it's not as simple as you say it is. There are no definite answers as to why someone behaves they way they do in a specific situation. People say what they "should" and "should not" do but really, if you were put in that situation, would you know for certain that you would not do the same thing as what him did? It's easy to condemn a behavior, but hard to understand if you were not put in his position in that exact situation. Maybe you feel
comparatively speaking that Gillian is more responsible than Edison just because she spoke to the media earlier than him, but I just feel that what he has to do is done. He spoke to the media in the end and that's done and it should lay to rest. It's much better than not doing it at all... if that happened, I would agree with you that he hid cowardly and that he was irresponsible.
