From what I've seen the documentary are just hitomi hanging out with her staff/friends, it's not very long. there really is no point in the documentary so if you're gonna get frozen in time, get it for the PV's.
I do think Frozen in Time has all her best PV's, so if you're never gonna get peace PV dvd then I'd say Frozen in Time could be right for you
