^Yes. It probably would have been big news in TV and newspapers if it had happened.
1 - "HANABI" and "HANABI ~episode II~" are about a past love.
2 - I'm not sure if ayu ever officially stated that "Memorial address" is about her father, but it's the most likely.
3 - "Sore de wa yoroshiku o-negai shimasu"
4 - "POWDER SNOW" actually didn't seem to me like a song about her granny, but who knows. (The part about not having regrets maybe also relates to her.)
"teddy bear" is about her father who left her at young age.
"HEAVEN" to me seems inspired by the storyline of "Shinobi" movie. ("HEAVEN" is the themesong of "Shinobi".)
