there really isn't a way for overseas fans to buy the tour merchandise anyways. using middle-man service doesn't count becasue even then you aren't directly able to buy the merch yourself.
if it's by fans for fans, I don't see the problem. it's not like most people would pass up on getting the original tour merchandise to get copies instead. I'm pretty sure that these make-it-yourself shirts aren't as good as the originals anyways.
I'd have a problem with it if the copies are made just to make money off of ayu fans, that's essentially selling pirated goods.
IMO making a copy of a tour t-shirt is the same as listening to mp3s if you don't have the means to order a real cd. we all know mp3s aren't nearly as nice as the real deal so those with the means would rather have the real original products ...
