Yes, if the package is just a regular package, not registered, they'll just leave it at your doorstep if it doesn't fit in your letter box.
if you're supposed to be a tax (which i highhhhhhly highhlly doubt) they would go to your house with a card saying that they've got your item and you needa go pickit up (and pay a tax ?).
you can always try ringing your post office nd asking if you need to pay a tax.
if it's been more than 2 weeks since it was "shipped" i also suggest you email YesAsia telling them !

CDJapan is great if you need to use paypal but slightly more expensive than HMV, but HMV only accepts a credit card.
CDJapan usually gest in the cds/dvds the friday/saturday before release. =D
