As to what she is actually saying, Delirium-Zer0 at ayunite made this post, which makes a lot of sense.

Actually, it's not Jade in ayu's version of Ladies Night. It's ayu. If you listen to Jade's version, there are entire syllables that Jade said that ayu didn't... ayu's version sounds oh-so-suspiciously like a Japanese speaker trying to imitate something an English speaker says. The reason why you can't understand Ayu is because she's missing syllables and accenting things awkwardly. It's really only in there for effect, and they aren't ayu's lyrics, but it is ayu singing that part.

Listen to JUST the rap part of the Sweetbox version, and then JUST the rap part of ayu's version, and you can plainly hear the differences.

Plus, no one but ayu is credited for vocals in that song, aside from "vocoder voice" which is an entirely different part of the song (the vocoder voice barely sounds human at all).

I'll post up sound clips later to demonstrate.

In the meantime, I don't think even the Sweetbox album included the lyrics to that section of "Ladies Night", because every sweetbox site or lyrics site has everything else but that part.

In the sweetbox version, I hear this:
"Leave him, lose him
Cut, replace him (danger)
Hate him then erase him
You don't ever (need to)
Think it can't beat him (need to)"

It sounds to me like Ayu's just imitating that, not reading off any lyrics. Since ayu was going to write her own japanese lyrics, why would GEO include Jade's lyrics with the demos he gave her? Honestly, Ayu probably doesn't quite know what the words are herself, which would explain why she didn't sing that part in concert (not to mention the distortion effect on her voice is necessary for this part to really work towards the atmosphere of the song).

So she sounds kinda like this:

"If you lose them
can't place them (danger)
Hate him, then even so
You don't ever (need to)
Think you can't beat him (need to)"

Pretty close but you can tell factors like japanese accent & not quite understanding the words have come into play here.

So anyway. It IS ayu doing the rap, but no one quite knows for sure what the lyrics are, is my point.
