I sent them an e-mail yesterday and they answered me within 12hours :3 Which is very quick for this kind of company. You shouldn't have too much trouble!
My issue was fixed and I ordered this morning:

2x Black Cell Phone Strap
2x Red Cell Phone Strap
1x Keychain
1x Pink Diamond Cell Phone Seal
1x White Wristband
That totalled up to quite a lot, so I hope I can order a few extras by the end of next week.
