^yup. Asian are more pettie, thus the size for a US-S can be a Asian-L.
I remember when i used to work at a boutique, all the clothes sold are free size, suitable for size S or M. I have difficulties explaining to those Caucasions that they had to get a L size as i don't have anything for them. Some were offened when i asked to them to get a L.....as they wore a M or S in their countries.
