do what LacusClyne said , go to POSB to apply for an orange debit card . I did likewise as she told me as before that I didn't know that you can buy things online using a debit card .
The debit card will act like a credit card online only difference's that it will deduct $ straightaway from your bank account .
The 1st 3 years's fee are being waived but subsquently you have to pay $18 per year
