It takes a few days for them to process it, so you can't expect them to ship it right after you've sent the order, even if the singles/cds/dvds have been released.
If you sent your order well over a week ago, before the release date, then I suggest you contact them.

I pre-ordered the singles a long time ago... remember when they restocked first press? That's when I ordered it... the thing is, the shipping price went up (I think it was 2000yen and then it went up to 3500yen, something about the weight of the package - and I only ordered ONE cd, only the DOY limited CD+DVD one... how did it get so heavy?) and they sent an e-mail asking me to approve the new price... I sent them a message saying it was ok, but I guess it's taking them awhile to get things done and stuff. I know why it's happening, it just makes me kinda mad that I payed that much to get it earlier and it's taking so long anyway. It's frustrating...
