The best defined line I can get on the top eyelid -on the bottom I usually always draw with the pencil "inside" the eye, if you know what I mean ^^;; can't explain it better - is with a Clinique pencil eyeliner. That one is the best "mechanical pencil" eyeliner I've ever owned, it has a strong shade that won't fade out easily and it has a very thin tip, so it's easy to make a fine line
