i need clarification! i got some tour goods through CELGA, first time when i emailed them to get a quotation of price, they replied saying they already bought the goodS! So when i told them i only wanted to check the price, they offered me a discount for getting the goods. so i agreed. now, 2 weeks after i paid for the goods and filled in the shipping form (as they requested 1 week after i made payment), i asked when they will be sending my things over + send me the shipping invoice, they claim that everything i ordered was pre-ordered! and that the goods will only be released either end of this mth or middle of next month. is this true??
