she is probably able to help you to get ayumi's 10th anniversary merch & she also can do the same for other artistes
I have contacted her to get some Ken Hirai stuff & you probably should give it a shot , no harm done to email her .
She goes by the name of Chikako & she seems like a nice lady to me
