^most of them do. Pretty much all of them, though I'm not sure about the 8cm and Fly High/Kanariya, those may just have transperant slips. I can't remember if my Ayu-mi-x 4 AO came with clear purple obi or not, I thought it did.
anyway, when you buy used so sellers tend to not include obi unless indicated.
