Well, INSPIRE is rather vague in itself, so in portuguese you'd be able to translate that verb in several ways:
(TO) INSPIRE - INSPIRAR
(YOU) INSPIRE [simple present tense] - INSPIRA (VOCÊ)
INSPIRE (YOU) [Imperative mood] - INSPIRE (VOCÊ - I'm not sure if the word você is used in portugal's portuguese, because it's an extremely contracted pronoun from the original)
