Most likely, yes, since (like zoomzoom said) she writes the lyrics.
I once read someone's idea that she might have the title in Japanese and then looks up a translation of it in English and uses that.
I'M NOT SAYING THAT THIS IS THE TRUTH! Someone once made an
ASSUMPTION that that's what she does.
