Let's put it this way: "changing the world" could mean a lot of different things. Technically all it means is that the world is different after you were born and lived than it was before you, thanks to things you did. I could "change the world" right now by planting a tree in my front yard. Technically any change to the world would qualify as such.

Japan's not the world, but it's an important part of the world, and since there's only one Bill Gates, we might as well give Utada the "change" award too.  |
Thank you! Why would the school put governors and dead presidents to appeal to young people? The school is the one trying to use Hikki's name to boost their reputation or image, not the other way around.
