That's true, but the Japanese usually pronounce the song titles as if they were in katakana. It's just the way they do it, because it's too difficult to pronounce them correctly in English. So if a music show host was introducing "Greatful days", he or she would probably say "guretofuru deizu". I've heard an host announcing BoA and Kumi Koda's song "The Meaning of Peace" and she said "za miiningu ofu piisu".
