As I said in another thread best album is pretty much interchangeable with single collection in Japan, except for some artists. (Chihiro comes to mind) BEST is a lot more simple to promote than "Single Collection".
Either way, i'm excited. Five songs I don't have on any other albums, sounds like a buy to me! I wish the tracklist, if that's is, was in chrono order..WotSS as the first track? Oye.
