Koda Kumi, because I have seen her dancing more than Amuro's.
Koda looks so natural and she really has some feeling in that way she dances. And I don't just mean THA Bottle Dance in JUICY PV (which is funny).
Amuro's a good dancer also, but I prefer Koda-chan.
