There are people who visit the channel regularly, but it isn't nearly as active as it once was. Are you able to at least get into the channel? If you see Q (the bot) and at least the welcoming message (something like "welcome to AHS Official IRC channel"), then you've succeeded in connecting to the channel. I'm there often, using either the nick OmegaZero or Lumiere (from an anime show...lol). So while it may be quiet there at times, do say hello or something...it may draw out a few people and start a conversation
