i got her concerts from www.verycd.com it's a china website, but there are a lot of people using this, so the downloads are quite fast compare to torrents.

but i'm afraid everything is in chinese, you just have to download and install the program emule at the left corner, after installing. You can just search under 'ayumi hamasaki' and A LOT of her stuff will come out. there's is a thread with her complete stuff.
