Let's see, I got into Cpop first due to Coco Lee singing the chinese version of Reflection. And from there, I was into A-Mei due to my mom (as she is Taiwanese). From there, my friend suggested BoA and I tried her out and enjoyed her stuff. Then I asked a friend for a CD and she gave me a bunch of random asian songs and that's how I got into Jpop. I sorta've fell out of Cpop, but as of this year, I've sorta've regrown my love for it due to me wanting to actually pick up the language so I can speak next time I'm in Taiwan.

Kpop, I got into in 2006 during the SM audition time. And I listened to BoA more and got into DBSK. I sorta've explored more into it and I got a taste of different areas of Kpop, which is why it is my most listened to @tm w/ Cpop right behind (though they switch). I sorta've lost a bit of interest, but I was soon chosen to be a review for soompi.com, so since I get free cds every few months, my interest keeps rolling.

The thing is is that my tastes have changed due to the numerous switches. I'm not a mainstream junkie with Jpop anymore as it tends to bug me every so often. So my taste has moved to rock and more acoustic styles. With Cpop and Kpop, I'll listen to anything if it's good.
