MY THREAD: "Hi! This is hitomi's diary entry (the newest one). She's a famous Japanese artist but she's been inactive for some time now. We fans are wondering if she's planning a comeback! Can anyone knowing Japanese tell us if that's so? What are the main points she's talking about? Could you translate the important parts concerning her possible comeback? REPLY by devilayu: "In the June 8 entry, the first paragraph is about how she's continuing on as usual. She has gotten tired of her name being written as "hitomi" and has been writing it in katakana as "ヒトミ." She doesn't like it written in hiragana as "ひとみ" because it reminds her of elementary school and she thinks it's weird written in kanji.
The day before, she went to decide on what key she'll be doing her new song in. (this is the gist of it, I don't really understand shop talk in Japanese well, lol.) She asks that the fans please wait patiently. She says she feels like a new person. Then she goes on to talk about her interactions with her staff & band. She says there'll be a lot of love put into her songs."
