Key ~eternal tie ver.~ does not follow the standard verse-chorus structure.
kanariya does not follow standard verse-chorus structure.
ever free does not follow standard verse-chorus structure and has a very conceptual arrangement.
NEVER EVER has a 6/8 feel.
still alone is a techno ballad.
Daybreak has a 6/8 feel.
M begins a ballad and suddenly becomes dancerock.
no more words has a melody more reminiscent of musical theatre than pop.
Free & Easy samples a movie theme, and really plays with dynamics and genre (hip hop, traditional asian music, european medieval music, rock, dance).
Dolls has a very classical arrangement and melody, but a pop beat, and also sounds like it could be in 6/8.
GAME has a separate melody for the intro, plus ends on what sounds like a bridge.
HANABI ~episode II~ has a 6/8 feel, and ends on what sounds like a bridge.
forgiveness has a strangely syncopated A melody and a quick 3/4 feel, plus combines a classical arrangement with a contemporary beat.
theme of a-nation '03 combines traditional Japanese elements and contemporary pop elements in both composition and arrangement.
HAPPY ENDING has a melody more reminiscent of musical theatre than pop.
Humming 7/4 has an obvious play with uncommon time signatures.
alterna has an incredibly conceptual arrangement, and plays with tempo.
Will starts in 3/4 with a hiphop beat and a melody reminiscent of a traditional asian folk song, then segues into a pre-chorus and chorus in 4/4.
HEAVEN does not follow the standard verse-chorus structure.
JEWEL combines a muffled hiphop beat with a simple piano ballad arrangement, and never reaches a full climax.
kiss o' kill challenges genre, with rock, classical, and techno elements in the arrangement.
Marionette has a 6/8 feel.
I'm pretty sure it's just a sitar played in its lower register. Nothing too out there. It's probably got some funky reverb on it, too.

A sitar? I looked it up and google and wtf lol I've never seen such a weird instrument. They SO have a taperecording for that instrument when they do the song live lol. Yochan holding that thing would be hilarious. XD
@JEWEL: A muffled hip-hop beat? o.O It's more like crystals glittering and falling to me. Like crystals are being hit against eachother. I LOVE it. I also like that it doesn't have a climax. It makes me want to listen over and over and over, because it's so sweet and calm. Though the last chorus is kind of a climax. After that it quickly becomes calmer. BTW, is the song supposed to have a teddy bear broken radio-ish sound or is that the quality of my mp3?
@6/8: What's 6/8? @_@
@HEAVEN: Yea, and the same goes for SURREAL and M. I love that. ^^
@HANABI ep II: Now you mention it..it does! o__O It has like the silence at the end suddenly, and then it could BURST into the last chorus really loudly! Maybe that's what their intention was.. With the fireworks theme and bursting lights.
@GAME: Hmmm.. I'm beginning to see a pattern of my fav songs not sticking to standard arrangements.
@Will: What's 3/4 and 4/4? lol I suck at music terms.
Btw, I think you forgot everywhere nowhere? IMO that song is just WEIRD. I can't make out the verse/chorus/bridge composition at all, and the melody changes, whatever. I don't know what's going on but it's a harmonious mess lol.
