I didn't even know alterna was different, haha XD
Anyway, I don't know of any others... only that a whole bunch of "I am..." album tracks had their lyrics changed before the release of the album, but they weren't singles~ except Endless Sorrow, where the ~gone with the wind ver.~ had lyrics at the end of the song changed. I don't think the other singles were altered...
