Yeah, I guess it can break coordination depending on the type of exercise you might be doing and depending on the music, so it isn't always recommended.

Yeah, in the case of spinning it's really cool because all the exercise coordination is actually related to the beat of the music, and they choose the right songs for each kind of activity and level of exercise, so it's almost impossible to lose the track of the exercise when the instructor is constantly telling you what to do, and you can also see the other people doing the same thing, so you have all kinds of stimulation to do it. Even a noob like me (who totally messed up in the Yoga when I tried it once and had the instructor trying to correct me several times, and almost had my head separated from my body in a punch I almost took in Muai Thai, when I tried it once -and nevermore LOL-

) can do everything precisely

ahah I'm not sure. In every class, they already bring a determined medley of songs that play in sequence. The instructor even tell us a briefing saying that song 1 is just to pick the pace and the last song will be heavy mountain climbing, for example, before everything starts, just that we can have an idea of what we're going to go through the instruction. so the ayu song had already been "studied" to be placed in the middle for the type of the activity we would do, so I guess I can say it was on purpose (since the song didn't play at random).

Aside from her songs , I also sometimes watch the PVs of her that I added/stored inside the memory card that I slot into my mp3 to watch to pass the time when I'm on the treadmill

Yeah, the gym I go to is big, however they only play songs downstairs (the part where there's all the weightlifting stuff, and there's a room for several activities like Yoga, Muai Thai, and dancing aerobics like body pump). However, in the cardio section, which is upstairs, there's no music speakers or sound system, just TVs, and they are really boooring. I often go jogging on the treadmills, but it can get so monotous, because of the lack of entertainment (the only part upstairs that has a sound system is the spinning room). I thought about taking my iPOD there a few times so that it wouldn't be as annoying, but for the reasons I specified in my previous post, I don't. Most people there go with their mp3 players and iPOds though.
Like criminal, though, I don't think I'd pick the right songs to play while I'm jogging, so I guess it wouldn't work that well, even if I did bring my mp3 player.

Anyway, I always take walks while listening to my mp3, and I usually have a bunch of Ayu songs in it, so yeah ahah XD

I always had a simillar thought because I'm brazilian too (from Fortaleza) and I was like, "heck, will I ever listen to ayu here? Nobody knows ayu at all here" (Or at least I guess I haven't seem what's beside the tip of the iceberg LOL), so it was a big surprise to hear her in the gym
