Spoiler:
Yeah, in the case of spinning it's really cool because all the exercise coordination is actually related to the beat of the music, and they choose the right songs for each kind of activity and level of exercise, so it's almost impossible to lose the track of the exercise when the instructor is constantly telling you what to do, and you can also see the other people doing the same thing, so you have all kinds of stimulation to do it. Even a noob like me (who totally messed up in the Yoga when I tried it once and had the instructor trying to correct me several times, and almost had my head separated from my body in a punch I almost took in Muai Thai, when I tried it once -and nevermore LOL-

) can do everything precisely

*adds spinning lessons to list of things to do when I start my life*

OMG, I was on a school trip with this kid who had been going to the same school as me for three years and when he let me browse his iPod I saw the name Hitomi Shimatani to my great surprise. [And he had some Ayumi songs that were featured in some animé.

] PS. My city has about 11k people, so I think you're bound to find another J-music fan/casual listener in your city. :O
