I thought Moments wasn't listed there, and Memories was there instead of it. I don't think both were listed.
But yeah, I don't recall "Moments" and "Memories" EVER having been listed at the same time. That's really all I can tell you.
That's just me though and I could be wrong.

And I guess...she says that she believes the rumor started because the VISEE CM came out so long before the actual single, and they sounded nothing alike. But there doesn't seem to be anything about Ayu posting that she was going to make Moments into a full song in the old TA messages. Interesting.
