Well as for Kumi [and I don't wanna go too far out of the original purpose of this thread], her dirtier side stands particularly for overseas fans and the image itself projected her as being different for her. I'm sure people think she goes to far but I have no problem with it. I applaud her for following the image that she wants to go to though by going away from the whole ero-kakkoi thing. Her popularity loss...I would say the constant releases might bug some people [although she's slowing things down] and of course the scandal. Black Cherry sold the million mark so I pretty much say the scandal kinda...
FREAKY and Ai no Uta were successful in their own rights
