I think in the covers she want to be seen as a 3D Girl like "Lara Croft" (just an example) because she is COMPLETELY photoshopped...also the hair that look like a 3d model...dont u think so?
I'm being told that it was done in Illustrator and painted, but then again, who knows, I know I haven't the slightest clue about all of those programs.
