It means that ayu made the words herself... I looked up 造語 (zougo) in the dictionary,
And it means in english "coined."
So there's no actual words or phrase like that in japanese so it's hard to make a connection from the english one to japanese one.
I dont know that song at all... I hated vogue, so I didnt listen to that single..
Ever free is that one on the single, right?
So maybe it is about forever sleep or so... I dont know...
Just the title doesn't give such impression. LOL sorry!!

and yeah, apparently LOVEPPEARS means that..
that it is the thing that appears in love, but it could or could not be...
Like that song, appears!~ which was stated already~
