(the other time Garnet Crow's album was listed to have only the 4 singles they've released on it, so I'm speaking frm experience)

Not only hmv.co.jp lists the tracks like this. Most of the internet Jpop shops list the tracks like this. And with the price of the CD (knowing that the DVD will be added) I'm sure that it WILL have only 8 tracks.
