I'd have to say that I only posted the "top tags" which means there were a lot more out there unmentioned. A lot of the tags imo were simply immature and would only be found "fun / funny" by mischievous 4th graders.

I don't think anyone forgot, they were just being idiots. I'm pretty sure they'll be back as soon as someone suddenly gets a spark of "inspiration".
