The ONLY countries the articles mention: China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
Also, neither of the articles mention the promotion expanding outside of Asia.

I got the info from a French dude on MSN, a member from AyuAngel I think. He only posted the yahoo and Sanspo links as source. Maybe he was in "crazy fan-mode" and added the extra part..
I will correct the first post, until we get more information.
