I really can't stand their cockiness either: acting like Ayu's music is theirs (and only theirs because they're "the best" at playing her songs on the piano); never smiling (you could smile at the end and wave or something!)...
If they were the best, they'd be associated with a label already or at least have ONE person playing the whole song (not TWO!). Okay, maybe having two people gets a fuller feel of the song, but still.
