MW had one more day on the chart than all the other singles, therefore, one more day of sales. When other singles where just starting, she was already on her Day 2, so of course she had more.
I'm surprised at all the negativity toward A COMPLETE to be honest. I mean, HOW could you not expect something like that? It's the thing to release on a 10th anniversary, 10 years worth of songs in one convenient little package. It would have been more perfect if she didn't just release A BEST 2, but still, it's more of a collectors item than a serious music contribution.
