i agree with most. it comes and goes. during a concert, i believe it usually depends how late it is into it. toward the end, it gets a bit raspy and... off?
i feel she is then yelling into the microphone until she gets into the encore and sings her ballads.
usually during her tv performances, she's on the ball perfectly.
