I really like her, and I own and love GGGB (except Push it on me, that´s awful, yuck!).
I think that any pop star is just the surface of what we see. Like, they´re just the image, the pretty face that we see and we only get to know the songs and interviews. But behind all that, there´s team of people who are actually the ones running the show, those who (in her case) write the songs, decide the videos and take care of the money. The problem is that, if anyone of those fails in their job, the direct damage is made to Rihanna. So she should have never lost from sight her finances.
I think they have to work a lot more on her image, and not only the physical ones, in photoshoots or music videos everyone looks good, but in live performances and interviews, you can´t hide reality so much. So she has to work that up.
