Memorial address, like A Song for XX on A BALLADs, was recorded in one take, so I thought the "take 2 version" there meant that there was some sort of mix up on take 1, and so she had to start over, thus take 2.

Some think that take 2 is a take on the fact that the original song "Kumo / Spider" was the "first take" of the song.. I think that it's unlikely that she tried to record Memorial address in one take / two takes, especially since it was a new track [and there's been no recorded fact of her actually saying anything about trying to record it in one take / two takes as opposed to Secret or ASFXX (which is labelled as 030213 session #2, because of the 2nd take)..]

As for Key, I imagine there is little to no significance towards the title. She just felt like subtitling it with "eternal tie ver."

This is an unknown song that was recorded for the third album Duty. It was born from ayu's desire at the time to "create a song to commemorate a celebration, like a wedding." The subtitle ~eternal tie ver.~ also suggests this feeling.
I invite listeners to read the lyrics of this track out loud, as I remember how impressed I was by their completeness, especially given that it was only her third album. Although there was talk of doing a retake, we found that the original take was important as something that could only have been created at that particular time in ayu's career. Thus, we recorded it with only some remastering.

She used the original when putting it on A BALLADS [the same one she used on Duty] and she addresses that Key's subtitle is only a subtitle. Reading into things that don't need to be read into imo, isn't necessary, but it is somewhat fun until an answer comes up.
Anyone who does want to translate can use the beatfreak article for Memorial address to further examine it:
It looks to me like she intended for Memorial address to be like "teddy bear" in a way.
