Because the Oricon sales counting week of the 1st week is starting on Tuesday (positions showed on Wednesdays), new releases also are already for sale on Tuesday that it can have 1st day stats for Wednesdey, the date it always the date of the day before.
The 2nd week anf afterwards it's starting on Monday (positions showed on Tuesday).
