People are even saying you can't compare Best Fiction and AC, then you also can't compare Heart Station with AC cause heart station isn't a best of album
And Best Of albums usually do better in Japan.
Yeah they might offer some more stuff with AC! They might offer some more stuff to people who bought it months ago and didn't get anything! xD
