It makes no sense, but I still like it~ ♥
The rest of this song is all Engrish-y~
Oh! Actually I think that makes sense, it's just a really obscure reference to a children's story. The Gingerbread Man is constantly outrunning people who want to eat him (because he's a cookie come to life) and is known to say, "Run, run run, as fast as you can! You can never catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man!"

It's not really a well known story so it's okay that you think it doesn't make sense (I only know about it because I read a parody of the story when I was a kid) but I'm *really* surprised that TOHOSHINKI would reference it D:

As for Utada's "I want your baby" bit - that line always bugged the hell out of me. I'm just like "o_o Hikki that's one way of getting a guy's attention...."

As for Engrish lines, there's some REAL gems in Dir en grey songs (I know they aren't JPop but it's too good not to mention these), most of them laden with expletives. I'll try to pull the most clean of them and show them here:

"I can't co-exist in the fabricated society with a crowl." I have no idea what a crowl is supposed to be... A crow? A crawl? A... what? x_x

"Kill myself
If you can't tell, then you're a hypocrite too, so die!!
Kill them all with the crazy hammer
And destroy their thought
Get hysterical"

The crazy hammer. lolwut.
