Oh okay, I didn't even check the link, someone just quoted it as being fact. Just checked it out, you're right, sorry about that.
But if the oricon staff is putting alan on their list, there's a chance she might appear; it shows people know who she is, and that people would like to see her there. Plus, Leah Dizon was there last year (albeit due to Ami Suzuki being unable to), so there's a good chance she will appear, especially because her voice is much stronger than Leah's. =]
