Well "Who..." wasn't much different (that was just a slight mix change), and "YOU" was just a beefed-up version of the original really. The instruments were all newly played, but it was VERY VERY faithful to the original. Not a huge change.
So hopefully "TO BE" does a "Depend on you" rather than a "Who...", and a "YOU" would be acceptable but not ideal.
