Out of all the pv you mention, I think Marionette is the one with least meaning, yet you wanna say its the best? I'm so confused at what kind of pv you like.

I think maybe you gotta re-think about it..
I find a lot of the times Utada Hikaru has really bad pvs.
Much worse than Ayumi. (like Heart Station? Prisoner of Love? ._.); )
I just think you should stop making bad talk about someone which a bbs is dedicated to..

Sometimes it's hard to understand Ayu's PVs if you don't understand the lyrics.
Hikki's PVs were cool back in the days when she was married. The pre-Deep River ones, and post UB ones suck terribly and that's a fact ^^, not just a matter of opinion XD
