I think that it is not possible because of some protection or something like that, but I have an idea. Someone who download the ringtone, in whose mobile phone there is a conection for headphones, they could connect in there a wire like this,
and then connect the other part of the wire to a pc in the microphone(pink) plug, and then record it in the pc with a program that record sounds from microphones. It would have better quality
