Not really, Utada has a different shaped nose though (its not as flat), there eyes are shaped a little differently there lips are similar but I think they are still a little different (by the way I'm looking at some Hikki photos right now
). If you look harder maybe you can find some more similarities, I think there might be some similarities in the structure of their cheeks, but I see differences as well.
