I know some mentioned they liked the following's above translation, but I don't think this part was translated correctly as "an end will come to my weakness/tears":
弱さ見せてしまいそうで
泣き出してしまいそうで
I think it's conveying that someone (あの人?) is on the verge of showing weakness / starting to cry. In other words, the opposite of the above translation... しまう isn't "an end to" but rather like regret that an action occurs as per my understanding.
