And this is Shanghai in the late 20's (this is the late 20's btw, dunno if that was mentioned already - i consulted a friend who is VERY well-versed in asian history & art to make sure), when alot of gangster activity was happening. The club in the video could be likened to a gangster-era Las Vegas hotel.
